378th District Court

The most important court — dealing with family law, divorce, custody — is one where the least amount of attention is devoted. Until now. Judge Joe F. Grubbs (see: JoeFGrubbs.com) was appointed to the bench by Gov. Rick Perry on Jan. 1 when Al Scoggins won a seat on the Tenth Court of Appeals in Waco. Grubbs has been a lightning rod of major controversy both as a former judge and as the county/district attorney. The same standard for the 378th.com applies to the 40thDistrict.com and vice versa.
