The 40th District Court was created by an act of the state Legislature. It has had several judges over the ages, but the number 40 is the number of “testing” in Hebrew. The purpose of 40thDistrict.com is to monitor the officers of the court, the judge’s decisions, the trials and provide an outlet for informing and educating people on the most powerful branch of government on Earth: the judiciary.
